Environmental Scanning for the Hospitality Industry

Constant changes in the U.S. Hospitality and Tourism industries require organizations to pursue an ongoing process of gathering information about trends in their respective en vironments. These changes call not only for systematic assessment of the environment but also require a high degree of human innovativeness.
