Boards of Directors of the Hospitality and Tourism Industries: An Exploratory Analysis of Composition and Interlocks

Companies rely on their board members to provide leadership as well as access to other organizations and industries. This article presents an exploratory analysis of the industry affiliations of board members in the airline, hotel, and restaurant industries to determine what types of industry connections and expertise they bring to the organizations they serve.
