The Managerial Role Assessment Survey: Design and Test of an Instrument Measuring Mintzberg’s Roles among Hotel Managers

This article reports results of an instrument developed to measure Mintzberg’s roles among hotel managers. The instrument is shown to be a reliable and valid predictor of managerial performance. Implications for its application and further use are proposed.
