Conducting a Statewide Club Membership Survey: Methodological Issues and Learning Opportunities

A presentation of the difficulties experienced and results obtained in conducting a region-wide survey to measure member satisfaction in the private club industry. Paperreviews the methodological issues and concerns of developing such a survey, industry response to participating in the survey, and learning opportunities afforded students involved in conducting the research.
