Special attention will focus on the "manager/employee" relationships, and "employee/employee" interaction. Specific objectives of the study include: 1. Identify the "manager/employee" relationship and relate it to modern organization theory. 2. Study the process or systems that are used to produce the menu items and relate this to communication networks and their effect on the organization. 3. Observe the type of organizational structure and relate it to the operational climate in the restaurant.
