The 1987-88 Academic Characteristics and Faculty Compensation in U.S. Hospitality Management Programs

A questionnaire returned from a sample of 365 hospitality educators in two and four-year american institutions was used in order to identify the academic structure of their units and the compensation and working conditions of their faculty. Key words : Salary, Compensation, Faculty working conditions.
