Contemporary Problems in Hotel and Restaurant Law- Innkeeper's Lien

The following represents important legal facts designed to give innkeeper/managers a better understanding of how to deal with a guest who (for one reason or another) fails to pay his or her bill. The Innkeeper Lien Option should be used only as a last resort, however, it is a viable and important legal right that can be used effectively when required.
