National Institutes of Health Two hundred twenty-nine hospital food-service administrators were surveyed in order to determine the following: 1) the type of goods and services offerred to them by food-service contract management companies, 2) what goods and services are most important to food service administrators, and 3) to what degree are these administrators satisfied with what is provided by contract management companies.
